Heartopia March Update Introduces New Features and Player Compensation

Heartopia has rolled out a new patch in March 2026 that introduces gameplay improvements, new shop items, expanded creative tools, and an upcoming personality-themed event. The update follows scheduled server maintenance that temporarily took the game offline on March 4.

To compensate players affected by the downtime, the developers are distributing in-game rewards that can be claimed through the mailbox system.

Downtime Compensation for All Players

Players can claim the following rewards:

  • 8,000 Gold

These rewards are available through the in-game mailbox and must be claimed before March 7 at 5:00 PM (UTC-5 / EST). The compensation was issued after scheduled maintenance on March 4, which ran from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST.

The maintenance focused primarily on improving server stability and addressing long-standing bugs across multiple gameplay systems.
