The fan-made State of Leonida mapping project claims Jason Duval’s house sits on the eastern edge of the Leonida Keys in an area they have labeled Key Lento.
Rather than relying on guesswork alone, contributors examined every official trailer, promotional screenshot, and publicly available footage. Some members also compared older leaked material to create a detailed speculative map of Leonida.
The team matched road layouts, coastlines, vegetation, buildings, and other environmental details with locations inspired by Florida. Their approach resembles the geoguessing community, where players identify locations using small visual clues.

If the theory proves correct, Jason’s home would be far removed from the bright lights and crowded streets of Vice City.
