Don’t Miss Out: Final Chance to Grab Alan Wake 2 and More on PS Plus

PlayStation Plus subscribers are officially running out of time to grab October’s free games before they disappear. The current lineup, available to all tiers — Essential, Extra, and Premium — features Alan Wake 2, Cocoon, and Goat Simulator 3. Once claimed, these games remain in a subscriber’s library as long as their PS Plus membership remains active.

October’s Lineup Was One of the Best of 2025

The October 2025 selection has been widely praised as one of the strongest lineups of the year. Alan Wake 2, the award-winning psychological horror from Remedy Entertainment, leads the pack, accompanied by the inventive puzzle adventure Cocoon and the chaotic open-world sandbox Goat Simulator 3.

Subscribers who haven’t yet claimed these titles have until the end of the day — November 4 — to do so before they are replaced.

November 2025 PS Plus Games Arrive Tomorrow

Starting Tuesday, November 4, PS Plus will rotate in its new lineup featuring EA Sports WRC 24, Stray, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. While the selection includes some notable titles, early reactions from subscribers have been mixed.

Many point out that Stray was already available to PS Plus Extra members at launch, reducing the appeal of this month’s offerings. By comparison, October’s trio offered a greater variety of genres and higher critical acclaim.

What’s Next for PS Plus Subscribers?

The PS Plus free game lineup changes every month, giving subscribers a regular rotation of titles to explore. After November’s games go live, the next update — bringing additional titles for the Extra and Premium tiers — is scheduled for Tuesday, November 18.

December’s free PS Plus games will be revealed toward the end of November, giving players another reason to stay tuned and see what Sony has in store next.

For now, today marks the last opportunity to add Alan Wake 2, Cocoon, and Goat Simulator 3 to your collection before they vanish from the PS Plus lineup.
