Niantic has officially announced the first Pokémon GO Stamp Rally in France, set to take place in Paris on September 13–14, 2025. The event is part of the wider Pokémon Méga-Évolution Paris Celebration and will invite Trainers to explore the city while collecting digital stamps at famous landmarks.
How the Stamp Rally Works
Trainers can take part by visiting any of the seven participating PokéStops across Paris. Once a player spins the Photo Disc with the event icon, they will unlock the Stamp Rally feature on their map and begin filling their digital stamp sheet. Progress can be tracked directly in the game’s Scrapbook page.
The seven featured locations are:
- Jardin Nelson Mandela
- Place du Louvre
- Place Colette
- Carrousel du Louvre
- Jardins des Champs-Élysées
- Les Halles
- Jardin des Tuileries
Alongside the rally route, five chalets themed around Mega Evolution will be available, creating an immersive experience for players. Special in-game stickers and the chance to evolve Charmander into Mega Charizard will also be featured during the weekend.
Community Meetups
Community groups will be hosting meetups throughout the event via Niantic’s Campfire app. These organized gatherings provide Trainers with opportunities to connect, trade, and battle together. Several regional communities, such as Pokémon GO SQY, Pokémon GO Grand Reims, and Pokémon GO Paris – Chez Tonton, are scheduled to appear.
Additionally, well-known French creators and Trainers Newtiteuf, Seb, and Ouss will be present during the weekend to meet fans and share in the celebrations.
Major Prize Giveaway
Niantic is also running a contest tied to the Stamp Rally. Players who collect all seven stamps and share their completed stamp sheet alongside an AR photo on social media will be eligible to win a trip for four to Japan. The prize includes round-trip flights from Paris and a five-night hotel stay, valued at around €15,000.
