Niantic has revealed the next special event in Pokémon GO, continuing the momentum of Season 19: Delightful Days. On Saturday, July 12, 2025, players worldwide can take part in a dedicated Raid Day featuring Hisuian Lilligant, complete with event-exclusive bonuses, shiny encounter chances, and special paid tickets.
Another Highlight in the Delightful Days Season
Season 19, which began on June 3, has already introduced several updates and community-focused events, including the new RSVP Planner for raid coordination, returning GO Pass and Eggs-pedition Access perks, updated wild spawns and egg pools, and seasonal bonuses like double Daily Adventure Incense duration. After the excitement of Pokémon GO Fest and the introduction of Hisuian Zorua and Zoroark earlier this season, Niantic is now adding another Hisuian regional form to the spotlight.
Hisuian Lilligant Raid Day Details
The Hisuian Lilligant Raid Day will take place on:
- Date: Saturday, July 12, 2025
- Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM local time
During this three-hour window, Hisuian Lilligant will appear in raids with an increased chance to encounter its shiny variant. Players can also take advantage of an increased Remote Raid Pass limit and earn free passes at gyms.
Event Bonuses
From Friday, July 11 at 5:00 PM PT through Saturday, July 12 at 8:00 PM PT, players can hold up to 20 Remote Raid Passes. On July 12 during event hours, players can spin Gym Photo Discs for up to six free Raid Passes and enjoy an increased shiny rate for Hisuian Lilligant.
For those who purchase the optional $4.99 event ticket, additional bonuses will be active during the event window:
- Eight extra Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs (up to 14 daily)
- Higher chances of Rare Candy XL from raids (level 31 and above)
- 50% more XP from raid victories
- 2× Stardust from raids
Players can also purchase a $4.99 Ultra Ticket Box from the Pokémon GO Web Store, which includes the event ticket and a Premium Battle Pass.
Spotlight on Hisuian Lilligant
Originally introduced in Legends: Arceus, Hisuian Lilligant is a Grass/Fighting-type evolution of Petilil unique to the Hisui region. Unlike the standard Unovan Lilligant—a pure Grass-type with a flower-crowned humanoid form—the Hisuian variant has longer limbs, a pink flower, and a martial-arts inspired design.
This Raid Day marks the latest in a series of events celebrating Hisuian regional forms. Earlier in Season 19, players had opportunities to battle Hisuian Zorua, Zoroark, Growlithe, and Avalugg.
With multiple bonuses and shiny opportunities, the Hisuian Lilligant Raid Day is shaping up to be another engaging event in what has already been a vibrant season for Pokémon GO trainers.
