We’re currently expanding our team and are looking for dedicated staff members to help manage our Rust Community server. I cant do it alone, so as long there is no extra staff member, i will be unable to host the server.
This is not a casual opportunity — we’re seeking individuals who are genuinely passionate about the game, understand its mechanics, and are ready to contribute to a better player experience.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Solid understanding of Rust gameplay and mechanics
- Prior experience with the game (as a player and ideally with admin tools)
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team
- Able to communicate clearly and respectfully
- Active on both the server and Discord
