Call of Duty: Warzone Arsenal Nears Major Milestone with Black Ops 6 Integration

The arsenal in Call of Duty: Warzone is set to surpass an impressive milestone, bringing players a choice of over 200 weapons. Since its launch in 2020, Warzone has evolved into a key component of the Call of Duty franchise, expanding alongside each major title, thanks to its ongoing integration with core games like Modern Warfare and Black Ops installments.

Now, with Treyarch’s plans for Black Ops 6 seasons, even more weapons are slated for Warzone, adding to an already extensive selection. As reported by CharlieINTEL, Black Ops 6’s weapon lineup will push Warzone’s total armory to 177, just shy of the 200 mark, which seems inevitable with future seasonal updates. With the continuous growth of its armory, Warzone solidifies itself as one of the most comprehensive free-to-play shooters, offering players an ever-expanding range of tactical choices and loadout options.

The Call of Duty: Warzone armory now draws from an extensive selection of weapons across three main titles: Modern Warfare 2, Modern Warfare 3, and the newly released Black Ops 6. With more than 77 weapons, Modern Warfare 2 has the largest representation in the lineup, including the game’s primary melee weapon, the notorious Riot Shield. Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops 6 contribute 60 and 40 weapons, respectively, rounding out the impressive armory.

Reactions from Warzone players to this milestone were mixed. While many were impressed with the sheer variety, others joked that most players will stick to a few meta loadouts rather than explore the full arsenal. Some players suggested gradually phasing out Modern Warfare 2 weapons to simplify choices, while others proposed an even bolder approach: limiting players to the weapons of the current Call of Duty title, Black Ops 6. This would reduce “clutter” and encourage Warzone-only players to grind for new unlocks and experiment with fresh strategies, preventing reliance on maxed-out loadouts.
