Youtube Support – When even support can’t figure out the issues.

Youtube support. We all have experienced it at least once a time. A video is taken offline or someone claims the rights to your uploaded video as there is some music used that belongs to them. However, when it comes to obtaining the needed support from YouTube for your channel, it might take a while before they respond, let alone actually help out.

Recently, the YouTube channel of SpaceX was duplicated again, to watch some cryptocurrency scams. Visitors pointed this out to YouTube, but it took them almost an hour to realize that something was not right. An hour-long, has 30.000 viewers see how you could obtain Crypto Currencies and not a live stream from the actual SpaceX’s channel.

We asked YouTube to comment on these problems, but all they could say was the usual copy-and-paste responses. Asking for support on Twitter is becoming a challenge, as even joke reports are made, showing how simple it is to trick YouTube support into the way they respond. The question was why a YouTube channel was showing some skin and why one of the videos was taken down, where the team responded ‘”could we have more information on this matter?” while it was already seen that the channel should not be on YouTube at all in the first place. I doubt that Tanner Mayes just got younger again from out of the blue.

Even when it comes to advertisements, several game advertisements are deemed to be sexually related, while it is nothing more than a simple swipe game that has nothing to do with sexual content, yet it is promoted in the kids section. No joke, I have footage of advertisements of several games in the kid’s section that were deemed not to be safe for the children’s eyes.

YouTube is not doing its best to keep its website and player base safe. It’s just a matter of time before someone is going to ring the bell.
