The development team has recreated a wide range of bridges inspired by real-world locations across Iceland. Players driving along the famous Ring Road or heading into more remote regions will cross structures that closely resemble their real-life counterparts.
From modern concrete bridges to older steel crossings, the DLC aims to capture the unique appearance of Iceland’s road infrastructure. Every bridge has been designed to fit naturally into the surrounding environment while remaining enjoyable to drive across.
Single-Lane Bridges Add a Unique Driving Challenge
One of the most distinctive features of Iceland’s road network is its many single-lane bridges. These crossings require traffic travelling in both directions to carefully share the road, creating a driving experience that differs from most other Euro Truck Simulator 2 expansions.
