Borderlands 4 Players Unlock New Vex Outfit After Smashing Latest Community Challenge

The Borderlands 4 community continues to impress, crushing yet another large-scale community challenge set by Gearbox. This time, players have earned a brand-new cosmetic outfit for Vex, marking the latest in a steady stream of free rewards and bonuses being handed out to fans.

A Reward for the “Death 4 All” Challenge

Over the past weekend, Gearbox tasked players with completing the Death 4 All challenge, which required Vex players to destroy 1.8 million Drill Sites across the planet Kairos. The community didn’t just meet the goal—they obliterated it, completing over 2.3 million drill sites in total.

As a reward, Gearbox released a free outfit called the Mass Market Appeal for Vex, available through a new SHiFT code:

SHiFT Code:

Players can redeem the code through the official Borderlands website or directly in-game through the SHiFT menu.

A Steady Stream of Free Rewards

This latest cosmetic continues the recent trend of free content drops for Borderlands 4 players. Between new Vault Hunter skins, Golden Keys, and limited-time community challenges, Gearbox has been keeping players busy while gearing up for larger updates.

What’s Next for Borderlands 4

Gearbox isn’t slowing down. Later this month, the studio is launching the Horrors of Kairos event, bringing new enemies and loot opportunities. In November, players can look forward to the first Bounty Pack—titled How Rush Saved Mercenary Day—a story-driven DLC featuring new missions, gear, and cosmetics.

Until then, fans can proudly show off their new Vex outfit as proof of yet another community victory.
