Hytale continues to build momentum with its fourth major Early Access update, marking a clear transition from foundational systems to content players can directly interact with.
After a turbulent development history—including cancellation in mid-2025 and a revival later that year—Update 4 represents one of the most content-rich patches so far, focusing heavily on social features, creative tools, and gameplay improvements.
Proximity Voice Chat and Social Features Arrive
