Alongside the release confirmation, Take-Two revealed that official launch marketing will begin in Summer 2026.
Zelnick described the decision to openly reference upcoming marketing beats as unusual, noting that the company typically avoids discussing promotional timing this far in advance. The statement therefore stands out as a deliberate signal of confidence in the production schedule.
