GTA Online is finally adding one of the most requested features in the game’s history: fully purchasable mansions. The upcoming A Safehouse in the Hills update, releasing this December, gives long-time players a new high-tier property option designed for those with deep in-game wallets.
The new estates come through the in-game company Prix Luxury Real Estate, which advertises expansive grounds, premium interior layouts, advanced personal assistance tech, and business-focused amenities. While the exact pricing has not yet been revealed, players should expect multi-million-dollar listings intended for high-end buyers. Anyone who missed recent GTA$ giveaways may find themselves regretting it as the update approaches.
VIP Rewards and Bonuses Ahead of Release
Players who enroll in the Prix Luxury Black Tier VIP program before December 7 will receive a complimentary Ubermacht Revolter from the Luxury Autos showroom. This early reward is meant to push players toward the VIP system before the mansion rollout.
Those who complete all three New Listings missions will be upgraded to Gold Tier VIP, which offers two major bonuses:

This structure gives dedicated players a way to reduce the cost of the largest property purchase the game has offered to date.
