Mizkif Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Emiru, Asmongold, and OTK

Twitch content creator Matthew “Mizkif” Rinaudo has filed a lawsuit against his former OTK colleagues Emiru and Asmongold, along with OTK Media, Mythic Talent, and King Gaming Labs, for defamation and monetary damages. The lawsuit follows Mizkif’s termination from OTK after sexual assault and harassment allegations surfaced during an October broadcast.

The Allegations Against Mizkif

The case stems from an October 25 stream, where Emiru accused Mizkif of sexual assault, abuse, and blackmail involving deceased pets. According to her statements, the two had been in a personal relationship until early 2025. Shortly after the broadcast, Mizkif’s departure from OTK was confirmed, and reports indicated that over one million shares of company stock had been reclaimed from him.

Founded in 2020 by Mizkif, Asmongold, and other creators, One True King (OTK) has become one of Twitch’s most recognized creator organizations. Emiru joined the group in 2022 and became a co-owner in 2023.

Mizkif’s Lawsuit Claims Defamation and Career Damage

Following his removal, Mizkif filed a lawsuit seeking compensatory and punitive damages. The complaint alleges that the accusations made by Emiru were false and caused irreparable harm to his career and reputation as a Twitch streamer.

The lawsuit also references Asmongold’s live discussions about the controversy, claiming that these broadcasts intensified the damage to Mizkif’s reputation. As one of Twitch’s most-watched personalities, Asmongold’s inclusion in the lawsuit stems from his coverage of the situation.

Additionally, Mythic Talent and King Gaming Labs—companies tied to Mizkif’s professional management—claimed that his removal from OTK constituted a breach of contract, allegedly leaving him owing approximately $600,000 in fees. The exact damages Mizkif seeks in court have not been disclosed.

More Accusations Surface

Beyond the lawsuit, the controversy surrounding Mizkif has deepened as multiple women, including Quqco, AriaSaki, and Tricia Wang, have come forward with additional claims of harassment and inappropriate behavior.

Twitch and Legal Developments

Twitch has not issued a detailed statement on the matter beyond confirming an internal review following Emiru’s TwitchCon allegations. This is not Mizkif’s first legal challenge—earlier in January 2025, a previous defamation suit involving him and other creators was dismissed due to insufficient evidence.

As of now, no court date has been scheduled, and none of the defendants named in the new lawsuit have publicly commented. The situation remains ongoing as both the streaming community and legal observers await the next developments.
