Pocketpair has officially released the Palworld Halloween 2025 update, introducing new outfits, missions, and mechanical tweaks to the hit survival game. The update, version 0.6.8, is now live on all platforms and gives players access to two new rewards: Zoe’s Halloween costume and the Depresso armor set.
This festive event marks the latest addition to Palworld’s growing list of seasonal content, arriving just as Pocketpair prepares for major announcements about the game’s upcoming mobile version.
Zoe’s Halloween Costume and Depresso Armor Set
Players can now unlock Zoe’s Halloween costume through a special mission tied to her and Grizzbolt. After defeating Zoe at the Windswept Hills tower, players can visit her at the Desolate Church to obtain the blueprint. The quest requires Zoe and Grizzbolt to be in the player’s party, triggering the crafting challenge for her witch-themed outfit.
Unlike the Depresso armor, Zoe’s costume is relatively easy to craft—requiring only five Cloth and five Leather. Once completed, it can be equipped at a Cattiva Statue in any base.
Meanwhile, the Depresso armor set offers a tougher grind. Players must visit the Wannabe Depresso Islander, located in a small shack near the Lake Center fast travel point. To earn the armor, they’ll need 20 High-Quality Cloth and 100 Venom Glands, with the cloth alone demanding 200 pieces of Wool. Wool can be obtained from Lamball and similar Pals, while Venom Glands can be looted or bought from vendors.
New Missions and Gameplay Adjustments
Alongside the Halloween-themed content, version 0.6.8 adds a new quest called “Zoe’s Sphere.” This task requires players to defeat or capture 30 Free Pal Alliance members, deepening Palworld’s lore while offering new rewards.
Pocketpair has also improved multiplayer functionality by adding a chat notification system that alerts players when someone joins or leaves a server—an important quality-of-life upgrade for co-op sessions.
Looking Ahead to Palworld’s Mobile Reveal
Pocketpair’s Halloween update arrives during a busy period for the studio. The developer recently confirmed that more details about Palworld’s mobile port will be revealed between November 13–16 at the G-Star 2025 event in Busan, South Korea. While gameplay footage and monetization details remain unconfirmed, the reveal is expected to offer the first real look at how the game performs on mobile platforms.
Palworld is expected to leave early access in 2026, with Pocketpair continuing to deliver updates and optimizations leading up to its full 1.0 release.
