In one of the series of quests from The Carpenter Survivor, is stated that you would have to find Saw blades that were left behind. upon entering the destroyed village, it prompted that looters had taken the blades to an unknown location.
This location is a little further up north, inside a heavily guarded outpost. While the intention is to fight yourself through the NPCs, is there also a small trick you can use. This trick can come in handy if you are still at a low level and would like to avoid any danger as much as possible.
To obtain the saw the tricky way, make yourself up to the left side of the pillar, just before you enter the heavily guarded area. From there, Sprint jumps on the fallen wall barrier that’s lying on the ground.
Quickly grab the item that’s inside the wagon next to the bridge ( you can recognize the item as its having a glowing red beam on it ) and rush yourself back down the path where you meet all the NPCs. The NPCs have to think first before they can attack, so there is a slight delay in response, making that your golden time to get out ASAP.
