The mystery surrounding popular VTuber Filian remains unresolved months after the creator effectively disappeared from the internet.
Filian has not returned to regular streaming, while her main YouTube channel remains empty despite retaining more than three million subscribers. Meanwhile, the unusual FilianIsLost project remains online, continuing to fuel speculation that something larger could eventually be planned.
However, months after the disappearance began, fans are still waiting for concrete answers.
Filian’s Main Channel Remains Empty
Filian’s disappearance became significantly more concerning in May 2026.
Around May 1, fans noticed that content and profile information had disappeared across several of her major platforms. Her YouTube videos vanished, while information was also removed from Twitch and several social media accounts.
The changes followed months of inactivity.
Filian had previously been one of the largest independent VTubers online. She became particularly well known for her energetic VRChat streams, gaming content and physical comedy. She also became closely associated with The VTuber Awards.
Despite that enormous audience, her main YouTube channel currently remains empty.
The channel still has approximately 3.13 million subscribers, but no public videos are currently listed.
