Dead by Daylight players still have a chance to gain Early Access to the upcoming Chorus of Sin chapter. Behaviour Interactive is giving away a limited number of access codes through selected Twitch streams.
The codes allow chosen players to test Chorus of Sin before its official release on August 25. However, Behaviour will only support the Early Access period on Steam.
Players must watch eligible Twitch streams and meet several account requirements to enter the giveaway.
How to Get a Chorus of Sin Early Access Code
Players cannot directly claim a guaranteed Chorus of Sin code. Instead, watching an eligible stream enters them into a random drawing.
Follow these steps to enter:
- Own and play Dead by Daylight on Steam.
- Create or sign in to a Behaviour account.
- Link the Behaviour account to a Twitch account.
- Watch an eligible Chorus of Sin Twitch stream.
- Make sure the stream displays the “Drops Enabled” label.
- Watch for at least one hour during an eligible time window.
After one hour of eligible viewing, Behaviour automatically adds the viewer to the contest pool. The company will then select winners at random.
Selected players will receive Early Access instructions through email.
Chorus of Sin Early Access Is Steam-Only
The Chorus of Sin Early Access opportunity only supports the Steam version of Dead by Daylight.
Players on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or other PC platforms cannot take part in this Early Access test. Owning the game on one of those platforms will not qualify a player for the giveaway.
Steam players must also use a Behaviour account linked to Twitch. Watching without linking the accounts may prevent the viewing time from counting.
Eligible Chorus of Sin Twitch Drop Times
Behaviour divided the promotion into several viewing windows. All listed times use Eastern Time.
Thursday, July 30
- 12 PM to 4 PM ET
- 5 PM to 9 PM ET
Friday, July 31
- 8 AM to 11 AM ET
- 12 PM to 4 PM ET
- 5 PM to 9 PM ET
Saturday, August 1
- 8 AM to 11 AM ET
- 12 PM to 4 PM ET
The August 1 streams provide the final opportunity to enter. Players must complete at least one full hour of viewing before the last window ends.
Watching Does Not Guarantee a Code
The promotion uses a random selection system. Watching for one hour grants an entry, but it does not guarantee Early Access.
Behaviour has not confirmed how many codes it plans to distribute. The limited supply means many eligible viewers may not receive access.
Watching for longer than one hour also does not appear to increase the chance of winning. Players only need to complete the minimum viewing requirement during one of the approved windows.
Check Your Behaviour Account Before Watching
Players should confirm that their Behaviour and Twitch accounts are properly connected before opening a stream.
They should also check that the creator is participating in the Chorus of Sin promotion. A normal Dead by Daylight stream may not count unless it shows that Twitch Drops are active.
Winners should monitor the email address linked to their Behaviour account. Early Access instructions will arrive there after Behaviour completes the drawing.
Chorus of Sin Launches on August 25
The Early Access event gives selected Steam players an opportunity to experience Chorus of Sin ahead of its wider launch.
Everyone else will need to wait until August 25. The full release should make the chapter available across the supported Dead by Daylight platforms.
For now, Steam players can enter by linking their accounts and watching one hour of an eligible Twitch stream before the final August 1 window closes.
