GamingHQ is expanding once again, and we’re looking for passionate people who would like to become part of our growing community. Whether you enjoy moderating communities, managing game servers, providing technical expertise, or helping with creative projects, we’d love to hear from you.
All positions are volunteer-based and are available to applicants who are at least 18 years of age.
Open Volunteer Positions
ServerGuard (Game Server Moderator)
Help us create a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone on our game servers. As a ServerGuard, you’ll monitor player behaviour, enforce server rules, assist community members, and report any issues that require attention.
Discord Moderator
We’re looking for moderators for both our GamingHQ and MusicHQ Discord communities.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming new members.
- Helping answer community questions.
- Keeping chats friendly and respectful.
- Enforcing our community guidelines.
- Assisting with community events when needed.
Game Server Administrator
One of our former game servers is making a return, and we’re looking for experienced administrators to help us bring it back to life.
Responsibilities may include:
- Server management and maintenance.
- Plugin or mod configuration.
- Event organisation.
- Assisting with future development and improvements.
- Helping build an active and welcoming community.
Technical Adviser
Do you have experience with WordPress, websites, hosting, SEO, networking, or IT?
We’re looking for someone who can advise us on improving our community website, troubleshoot technical issues, and help us continue developing GamingHQ behind the scenes.
Models for Cover Artwork
We’re also looking for volunteers who would like to appear in promotional artwork for GamingHQ and MusicHQ.
This includes posing for photos that may be used for:
- Music album covers.
- Game covers.
- Promotional banners.
- Social media artwork.
- Community promotions.
If you have previous modelling experience or a portfolio, we’d love to see it, but it isn’t required.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have experience relevant to the role they’re applying for.
- Be reliable, respectful, and able to work as part of a team.
- Be willing to contribute to a community-driven project.

Volunteer Positions
All of our positions are volunteer roles. GamingHQ is built by people who enjoy contributing to gaming communities and helping them grow.
While these positions are unpaid, we believe that dedication should never go unnoticed. Volunteers who consistently contribute their time, effort, and expertise will receive appropriate compensation and rewards as a token of appreciation for everything they do.
