Radius Themes Actively Addressing Header Image Issues Following User Feedback

Radius Themes is currently working to address a persistent issue affecting the header image display on users’ websites. Many, including our team, have encountered difficulties using images as backgrounds or headers, with the header section on each page appearing visually inconsistent or incomplete. This has limited customization options, impacting the aesthetic flexibility and branding capabilities that header images usually provide.

In response, Radius Themes attempted an initial fix; however, it didn’t fully meet the requested requirements due to challenges in conveying the issue’s full complexity. The limited functionality of Radius Themes’ support platform has prevented users from submitting comprehensive bug reports, which would ideally allow the support team to see detailed feedback. This restriction has led to some misalignment between user needs and the fixes provided so far.

Radius Themes is aware of the importance of this issue and is actively working to deliver a refined solution that meets users’ customization needs. The development team is committed to identifying a workaround or permanent solution that provides the expected design flexibility.

We thank users for their patience and understanding as this issue is addressed. We will continue to monitor progress closely and provide timely updates as new information becomes available. For now, we encourage users to ignore the white ugly image of war, until this has been resolved.
