Responsibilities:
- Monitor the server to ensure fair play and enforce community rules.
- Assist players with in-game issues, disputes, and general questions.
- Investigate reports, issue warnings, bans, and handle appeals.
- Collaborate with the team to improve gameplay, community engagement, and events.
- Help manage plugins, server settings, and basic maintenance if needed.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience moderating Minecraft servers or communities.
- Strong knowledge of Minecraft mechanics, commands, and plugins.
- Ability to handle player conflicts with a mature and unbiased approach.
- Good communication skills in-game and on Discord.
- Active and available to moderate on a regular basis.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!):
- Experience with server plugins (e.g., LuckPerms, Essentials, WorldEdit).
- Familiarity with handling server logs and reports.
