By playing on our game servers, you accept the terms and agreement of GamingHQ and that from Valve and FacePunch. Our Terms and Service is here to keep our members safe from unwanted guests and content. 

We have the full right to revoke a player’s access to our game server if we suspect any unwanted behaviour in a player.

  • Our GameServer is for players of the age of 18 years and older.
  • We do NOT allow useage of Macro, Bots, Hacked Clients and/or Bloodymouse systems.
  • We have the FULLY right to Recoilcheck you if we suspect you using a cheat.
  • We do NOT permit massive Base Builds at the main roads.
  • We do NOT permit any advertisement on our server.
  • Any Bug reports done trough the right proper channels gets rewarded with ingame Currency.
  • Our GameServer is not a Build server, but a PvE survival server. No need to copy youtube pvp builds.
  • Image Uploads towards the server should be inside our ingame guidelines.
  • We do NOT permit any misuse of our in-game systems and Services/Plugins.
  • We do NOT permit reselling/reusing/claiming our mapping/prefab buildings as your own.
  • We do NOT Permit Walling off Monuments, Mines & Quarries.
  • Breaking our Rules in any form or bending it is forbidden.
  • Our admins are not coming online for grabbing your backpack
  • We dont beg/ask for free items. Its a PvE survival server.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses when playing on our server. Furthermore, our server should always be seen as an “as is” project, meaning that the game may or may not contain any bugs or glitches.
