As our gaming community continues to grow and evolve, we’re thrilled to announce some exciting updates and upcoming events that we will be performing during the summer. While we cannot spoil everything yet, is there already something we could talk about. Lets not wait any longer and dive right into it with the first two subjects of today. Rust and 7 Days 2 Die.
Rust Server Revival: Adjusted Plans
After much anticipation, we’re pleased to share that our Rust server will be making a comeback. However, it will not feature the initial idea set and custom map we had previously planned. Our extensive research revealed that to host the server with all the original concepts in mind, a dedicated server would be necessary. Unfortunately, the cost of dedicated servers has significantly increased. Where we previously paid 90 euros a few years ago, the current rate is now 150 euros per month. This substantial price hike has led us to reconsider and adjust our plans for the Rust server. Despite these changes, we remain committed to delivering an engaging and enjoyable Rust experience for all community members.
Key Changes and Features:
- Removal of Unneeded Plugins: Due to changes in the game, several unneeded plugins will be removed to streamline the server and improve performance.
- Event-Related Plugins: We aim to enhance the gaming experience by adding as many event-related plugins as possible. This includes popular plugins such as Raidable Bases, Defendable Bases, Convoy, Armored Trains, and more.
- PvE Only: The server will be hosted as PvE (Player vs. Environment) only, ensuring a cooperative and friendly atmosphere for all players.
- No VIP System: To maintain fairness and equality, there will be no VIP system on the server.
- Staff Recruitment: Currently, there are no staff members for our Rust server. Volunteering applications for becoming a staff member are still active, and we encourage interested members to apply. Most of the server management will be performed automatically by RustAdmin.
- Ban Policy: All players who have been banned previously will be unbanned, unless their removal was for a solid reason. We believe in giving players a second chance to enjoy the game.
7 Days to Die: Fortress-Building Event
In celebration of the much-anticipated 1.0 release of 7 Days to Die, we are excited to host a special event that promises to be both thrilling and memorable. We invite everyone to join us in building a massive fortress, which we will collectively defend during the final blood moon before updating to the stable version of 1.0. This event is a fantastic opportunity for community members to collaborate, strategize, and showcase their building and survival skills.
