Something you would love to know about is that obtaining amber can be a lot quicker than you would expect. Mining amber is possible by visiting the root shroud on the left top corner of the map. Keep in mind that this is a hidden mine and that you won’t see an icon on the map.
This area can only be accessed if you have a Flame level of 3. Level 12+ is advised for the area to enter. This area can be entered inside the shroud.
Going there is best by taking the Revelwood fast travel and going north towards the village.
Just before that village, go towards the left and walk into the shroud.
You notice a flame in the centre of this area. just behind it, the entrance to the cave is shown. Traverse through the cave and you will find amber, ready to be mined. But, beware of the unwanted guests! Spiders and Rebels are in the mountains as well.
Dont want to risk everything? Just outside of the cave on the right side, you also find some Amber on the walls that can be mined. It’s not much, but redoing this a few times when it resets would eventually be working fine as well.
