At this very moment, several issues have occurred on the Pokemon Go app. Even with today’s findings, I even had a Missingno-styled text as a gift present today, yet Niantic support decided to cancel my ticket without notice. We have been facing some problems since this weekend with the app, where we are starting to face some pretty large-scale issues with the performance of the app as well as its glitchy moments.
Attempting to find the right support line for these problems is nothing more than a simple option in the chat section inside the app itself. The downside, we are unable to share screenshots, thus we were unable to share our findings. While we have sent these screenshots to the email support of Niantic support, we also asked several other questions and the removal of a Pokemon gym as it enlisted in the middle of a public train track, to which we only had a simple response that the pokemon gym was not going to be removed as there is a public road next to it.
Luckily, it seems that we are not the only ones that are facing this odd problem. We can see a large-scale ongoing problem as the Reddit forums are starting to pile up with more complaints, yet no support is available to aid us in the right direction. It is very disappointing for us to see a good game, having such bad support when there is a need for aid.
For all those players among us, if you are facing the same issue, where you get a message that says your buddy is not AR ready or some weird text with included undertakes, you are likely facing the same problem, and all we can do now is nothing more then waiting this out.
