Are you stuck in a state of decay gamesession and are you in need of a good guide to get yourself back on track? Well, look no further! We have been gathering together a bunch of tips with the boys and see what could come in best to know about when you would be playing this game. If you are missing a tip or trick, let us know! We are more than happy to add them towards the list here.
- Stuck with zombies that keep coming towards the base? This might mean that your morale is low or that you are making too much noise in the base. Reduce the noise or make your survivors happy to increase morale and decrease the attacks of the walking undead.
- Is one of your survivors asking for something new in the survivor’s camp? Build it! This can grant you additional bonus points.
- With every resource bag you deliver, you obtain points and a little bit of progression in becoming a leader. If you have someone who’s in some need of points, but dont want to use the person in the first place, you could allow him to deliver these bags you found with another character. They remain to get the needed points if the character had found it by himself or not.
- Dont use your points on buying from a random trader, but instead, use them on your first two additional houses for an additional passive income of resources. (In my own opinion, I rather grab a weapons shop and a food store to ensure that I have enough. )
- If you aim it right, you could park two cars in one parking slot. ( Do keep in mind that if you move your settlement, only one car will go with you and that the other car needs to be brought manually/. )
- Do you hate it to turn in all the items one by one over and over again? Same! Luckily, there is a small trick! Open the trunk of the car at the base. A button will show that you can transport everything to the base instantly. Just drop all the items from your inventory and smash that button. All your items are now stored in the base.
- Always keep your base up to date! upgrading parts of the base comes with new items to be crafted.
- If you have failed a survivor’s mission or you cancelled it, they’ll be sad and crying in a corner. However, on some occasions, they will bring back the same question again. Make sure to perform these missions, as any mission can reward you with additional items to survive.
- Is there an Enclave requesting resources? Do these missions! They can always bring back some good additional loot, and you would make new friends in the process.
- Even in the zombie apocalypse, drive responsibly! Mowing zombies with your car can be fun, but it also takes a lot of damage towards your car.
- Always stock up on Car repair kits and take one with you.
- Always keep some gas in your truck in case you are doing a supply run.
- You can pause a Multiplayer Game by going to the multiplayer options. Turn off multiplayer to enter single-player mode.
- Who does not hate the Bloaters? Well, we do! Avoid them while driving! The gas can remain in the car if run over a bloater, making your health drop down like a Cherokee drum.
