Water will help your stamina while Meat will increase the HP bar. Pick fruits and vegetables wherever you go!
Every single item of these foods has different benefits, and you’ll always want a stack of Purple Berries for HP regeneration early on. Luckily, there are many bushes to find. If you come across red mushrooms, take those with you as well. You need them later for health potions.
